  • Are we permitted to have alcoholic beverages on the bus?
    Certainly! Given that you and all of your guests are of legal drinking age. The bus is strictly BYOB or (Bring Your Own Beverage). We do not sell any beverages of any kind on the bus. You’ll need to bring the beverages you plan to consume before your tour departs.
  • How many people can fit on the party bus?
    A minimum of 15 for private parties with a maximum of 30
  • Can we rent the bus for more than 2 hours?
    Absolutely, Call us for extended hours, shuttle services, wedding transportation. We can do extended hours, full day rates even entire weekend rental.
  • Should I book in advance?
    We work on a first come, first served basis. Our tours are very popular so we always recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • How does the music work?
    We have someone in charged of the music on every tour with special playlists depending on the occasion. If you wish to play your own music, our speakers are available through Bluetooth connections.
  • Can I decorate the bus for my event?
    Of course! balloons and banners are allowed. THE USE OF CONFETTI OR GLITTER IS NOT ALLOWED A $150 CLEAN UP FEE WILL BE CHARGED
  • How much is a party tour?
    $37.50 + taxes and fees per passenger (Groups of 15 Minimum 30 Max)
  • Are we allowed to stand while the bus is in motion?
    We encorage you to be seated while the bus is in motion. Standing while bus is in motion could result in passenger injury. Stand at your own risk
  • Do we mainly party on the bus or we stop at different bars?
    Our bus is made to have fun on it. Other than making a stop for a bathroom break and a quick drink in a bar, the party is on the bus.
  • What happens if it rains?
    We operate rain, shine. (Pop up showers will and do happen and they are extremely hard to predict.) Dress for the weather.
  • Is it allowed to throw things off the bus?
    You are not allowed to throw anything off your party bus for any reason. Not even trash. No not give people on the streets food or beverages. Throwing anything off the party bus or handing others on the street food or beverage could lead to an immediate ejection from the bus with no refund.
  • What areas does the bus cover?
    We cover the areas of Wynwood, South Beach, Brickell, and Coral Gables but we do not have a specific route.
  • Where can you pick us up?
    We can pick up anywhere within the areas of Downtown Miami, Brickell, South Beach, Wynwood, Little Havana or Coral Gables. Perhaps you’d like to be picked up after your birthday meal or right outside your front door - that’s not a problem. For pick-ups outside of these areas, an additional charge will be added.
  • Are there age restrictions?
    Yes, you must be of legal drinking age (21). Younger riders are also welcome but they must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
  • Can I book for less than 15 people?
    You can still book onto one of our tours with less than 15 people, however, you are still responsible to pay for the full 15 spots.
  • Is full payment required to book?
    You can book in two ways. The faster option is booking directly through our website and pay everything upfront. Or, you can call our offices where we take a $200 deposit to secure the date and the final payment on the day of the event.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    If the requested service is no longer needed, the written notice (email to reservations@rumbatoursmiami.com) is to be given 45 business days or more before the event date for the full deposit to be refunded. If less than 45 days’ notice is given the customer is responsible for half of the estimated total due. If less than 14 days’ notice is given the customer is responsible for 2/3rd of the total, if less than 3 days written notice is given the customer is responsible for the total estimated cost.
